Glittery Sunset makeup

Glittery

Happy Monday everybody!

So I was trying to clean today but got distracted and started playing with makeup.  Story of my life. As you can see, my inspiration came from beautiful sunsets!

I think I’ve mentioned a handful of times that one of my favorite place is the beach! Beach sunsets are just so amazing. Below are pictures of my very first sunset at the beach. I spent it with my love on his birthday. Watching the sun go down while waist deep in the water with him is one of the most romantic moment for me. Even though earlier there were stingrays swimming around and scared us a little.

These picture don’t do sunsets justice (phone camera quality) :(. But I’m sure you get the gist.

So here is the look that I came up with. I really enjoyed doing this makeup and I would probably start using more inspiration from now on! This is obviously not something I would ever wear out but it was still such a fun look to create.

Untitled design(1)I wanted a more defined line so I kept the edges clean to represent the roundness of the sun and glitter because the water sparkle majestically during sunsets.

That’s it. 🙂

I hope you all enjoy your evening. Let me know what you think!!

  1. Whoa, Jules! It takes a lot of courage to sport an eye make-up as such, but you pulled it off really well. Cyber claps for you, girl!

    1. Thanks beautiful!
That sounds really cute 🙂 I’m not sure about wearing it out just yet. I’m usually wearing neutral so wearing colors is something I’m still getting used to!

  2. I love this! I really enjoyed reading what inspired you and the photos of the sunset. Beaches are my fav place too, I just love the water. Would never have thought to reinterpret and eye look off of a sunset, very inspiring. xo -ellese rockpaperglam.com

          1. Dip your brush in it to wet the brush then apply the shadow. I have heard that water also works but I just wanted to try the eye drops to test it out. I’ll go with water next time and see how they compare. 🙂

    1. Hey love,
Is your name Pragya? I don’t know what to call you. Your name wasn’t on your about page lol.

Anyway, thank you! I’m still waiting for that Archie lippy review haha. I just bought my first MAC foundation and eyeshadow and I thought of you. 😛

        1. Exactly! But that’s the beauty of having a blog! So we can still have fun and show others who have similar interests what we’ve done! :p

  3. You could definitelly wear this outside !!! It’s a great resumt from a great inspiration. You’re becoming an artist, if you’re not already one.
