My Everyday Makeup Tutorial – Bronze Look

Hey you guys! So I’m going to be doing something a little different today. Every once in a while when I post pictures, I’d get asked what makeup I was wearing. Most of the time, I just do my  go-to or everyday look. I’ve been meaning to do a tutorial but haven’t really figured out how I want to go about it. This is my very first tutorial, and I’m still trying this out, so I will have to work out the kinks more in the future. If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know.

I’m also wearing a pair of contacts from Dreamy Eyes – I posted a review on my previous post. The ones I’m wearing today is called Black Crystal. They actually have more of a dark brown color with a crystallized edge details, but I guess since my original eye color is also dark brown, it hardly shows up. Anyway, go check them out if you also fancy cosmetic lenses.

The products are listed below, but obviously, you can use any similar items to recreate it. So anyway, here it is, my everyday makeup tutorial.

Bronze MakeupTutorial

I love this look because it’s super quick and easy. I also like that it’s pretty light since I don’t like wearing too much when it’s really hot outside.

Day dreamer. Lover of all things cute and pretty. I also have a thing with planners/organizers.

  1. I’m happy I’m not the only one who tends to wear shimmer eye shadow every day. 🙂

    XOXO, -Brooke

    1. Seriously, I could go without it when I’m just feeling matte for the day, but most of the time, it a simple way to liven up a makeup look.

    1. Yeah sorry about that! I think I downloaded a plug-in that was redirecting my site somewhere else. I deleted it and everything started working fine again :P.

Thank you Lu, hope you do try it out!

  2. I love your everyday fab! He he ! And the contacts immediately caught my attention, I actually thought that those are your eyes, but I was thinking how on earth did you capture them so beautifully dark! They look so big and pretty, like those of a child <3

    1. Thanks Maria! These contacts are one of those, something different about you but can’t point it point right away.. Well, it would make sense since I think our eyes are one of those that never change sizes from the beginning So on children, they look unusually big and out of proportion with the rest of their little face and body!

    1. I think it’s one that compliments us really well. It can be very natural and not overwhelming for everyday use, can’t walking out in this heat with full on smokey eye!

  3. hi julie! i love this tutorial and i love your collage that you made. i’ve been trying to figure out how to make one of those collages and i can’t figure it out!! haha did you use a certain website or program? i would love to know! thanks, britney
