Hello all! It’s summer in Florida which means….a bunch of rain because it is hurricane season. BUT if you are actually having a true hot summer right now or you just desire a cool, sweet treat I suggest you try this super simple Pineapple Kiwi Coconut smoothie!
It’s four ingredients: Pineapple, Kiwi, Coconut Water and finally spinach. If you saw my sweet spinach salad post, you may know I try to incorporate my veggies any way I can. I chose kiwi and pineapple specifically because they both have that sweet, yet tangy taste that I love. Coconut water is just mild enough to ensure it’s not too tart. And of course the spinach is a great way to sneak in your veggies!
There’s nothing to it. Simply combine your ingredients together in a blender and blend!
I froze my kiwi and pineapple because I like the teeny bits of ice, but fresh fruits work just fine. You can always just add in some ice if you’d like.
