  1. I love a good slip dress, I think mixing it with something that is the complete opposite like a flannel or white button up makes it work as a great outfit so it doesn’t look like you just walked out in your nighty!

  2. I love slip dresses! I just prefer the ones that fit a little looser so they can hide my poochy belly. But they are so versatile and adorable. I especially like the grunge look. I’d totally wear that.

  3. very cute style! I love the simplicity of the slip dress, yet the femininity of it. There is nothing more empowering as a women to feel confident and sexy with wardrobe.

  4. That flowered slip dress is everything! Also, I absolutely hate pink but that cosy sweater paired with the black lace gives it a little bit of the edge that I love.

I have to say, after taking stock in the three slips that I own (Victoria’s Secret), I feel like they’re far too short and/or sheer to be worn on their own. Is layered slips a thing? Maybe I need to be on the hunt for the perfect slip. Do you have any brand recs?
